L’OREAL COLOR RICHE LIPSTICKS

Exciting news everyone! This May, L’Oreal will be releasing 4 NEW L’OREAL COLOR RICHE Lipsticks!

Inspired by S/S 2017 Paris Fashion Week collections, Color Riche releases 4 NEW MATTE shades! I’m sure this range does not need any further introduction. Despite being a MATTE lipstick, your lips will still feel moisturized, all thanks to the Jojoba Oil ingredient! 🙂

MY THOUGHTS

These matte lipsticks are very comfortable on the lips! They have a creamy matte texture and are not drying on the lips at all. Re-application is also very easy.

These lipsticks are very pigmented and the darker shades do tend to leave a nice fading stain on the lips. You can either layer it for a fuller and darker lip or create a gradient effect (shown in photos above).

Do note that due to the creamy matte texture, you can expect it to transfer when eating or drinking. Ultimately, this isn’t a liquid lipstick.

What I like about this new release is that there is a shade for every occasion! 232 BEIGE COUTURE is the perfect everyday nude shade, while 234 RUBY D’OEUVRE is perfect for hot sexy nights! My favorite shade is 233 ROUGE-A-PORTER because it gives off a healthy look, plus I don’t really have much of such shades in my collection!

Overall, I highly recommend these lipsticks because they are very pigmented, comfortable and more importantly, affordable! 🙂 You don’t have to splurge to look good ^^ Retails for SGD21.90.
