Review + Swatches: Kylie Cosmetics SMOOCH MINI KIT

Hey everyone! This is a long overdue blog review and I’m not even sure if it’s still relevant since this collection is no longer available. But since I enjoy this set a lot, I just wanted to do a quick review about it! Also, you should know by now that Kylie always re-releases her collection. So who knows? She might launched single eyeshadows or something. But anyhow, let’s get started! 🙂

In her Valentine’s Collection, she released these mini sets which consists of 2 eyeshadows and 2 lippies. Being a huge burgundy fan, of course I got the SMOOCH MINI KIT ^^ After using these 2 shades for almost 2 months, I am very impressed by them! SO IMPRESSED!! They are very pigmented and aren’t dry like some of her eyeshadows. In fact, out of her Kylie’s Diary, Royal Peach and The Burgundy palettes, these 2 eyeshadows probably have the best quality.

IN LOVE and POISON BERRY are definitely a great pairing and I love using IN LOVE at the inner corners of my eyes. The shimmers can be seen yet subtle – it’s a pretty shade. POISON BERRY also works well with many other eye makeup looks.

Along in this set, it comes with a matte liquid lipstick in GORG and gloss in DAMN GINA. I believe these 2 are from the KOKO Collection. I was quite bummed that I didn’t get the KOKO Collection, but am glad I managed to get these 2. Great pairing ^^ The gloss is amazing – LOVE IT, but I prefer if it has a doe-foot applicator.

Overall, this mini set is definitely worth gettin’ and I hope Kylie brings this set back or at least the 2 eyeshadows! Oh in case if you’re wondering, this retails for USD22.
