Review + Swatches: CHARLOTTE TILBURY Holiday Collection 2016 – The Legendary Muse Luxury Palette

La la la la la la ~~~ The holidays are coming! 😀

And I will be reviewing the some of the CHARLOTTE TILBURY Holiday Collection 2016 today! 😀 I saw these on Beautylish and immediately bought them. I was considering between The Legendary Muse Luxury Palette and The Vintage Vamp Luxury Palette, but decided to get The Legendary Muse Luxury Palette since it is limited edition. This is also my first Charlotte Tilbury Eyeshadow Palette, hence I’m really excited to share about it ^^ I will be reviewing the Matte Revolution Mini Lipstick Charms in another post, so click here to read if ya interested! 🙂

MY THOUGHTS:

These eyeshadows are so soft and buttery!

In terms of pigmentation, I would say they are like your typical luxury brands like Dior, Chanel etc. They are pigmented but “softer”. Since they are a luxury brand, I guess they go for a elegant kind of makeup look, and that’s what I meant by “softer”. If you own luxury brands eyeshadows, you would know what I mean. Having said that, they are not “bammmmm” pigmented like makeupgeek eyeshadows. Personally, I enjoy such pigmentation because it gives off a more elegant look and it’s great for certain occasions or casual days. Overall, great quality and pigmentation! 😀

In terms of packaging, I don’t think I need to elaborate! It’s so pretty! The limited edition CT palettes have stars on the palette, whereas the regular palettes don’t. It comes with a mirror, super useful for traveling or touching up. Great size to throw into your makeup purse as well! 🙂

I do not own any other CT eyeshadow palettes, hence I am unable to compare the quality of these limited edition palettes with their regular palettes. But I guess the concern is sometimes limited edition palettes may not have the same quality as their regular line. But for this THE LEGENDARY MUSE LUXURY PALETTE, the overall quality and pigmentation is good. Therefore, it is definitely worth gettin’ 🙂

The quality reminds me of Pony Effect Conceptual Eyes Be Romantic Palette, so if you like the quality of that palette, you will enjoy this CT THE LEGENDARY MUSE LUXURY PALETTE.

Verdict: BUY 😀
